Pre-Order Policy

At Golden Binder, we offer pre-order opportunities for upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game releases and collectible products. This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to pre-order purchases.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve upcoming products before their official release date.

Pre-order products are not available for immediate shipping and will be dispatched once the products are officially released and received by Golden Binder.

2. Pre-Order Payment

Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you agree to reserve the product and accept the terms of this Pre-Order Policy.

3. Release Dates

Release dates provided by manufacturers or suppliers are estimates and may change.

Golden Binder is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturer changes

  • Distributor delays

  • Shipping delays

  • Supply chain issues

  • Events outside our reasonable control

If a release date changes, we will update customers when possible.

4. Shipping of Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as possible after:

  • The official release date has passed

  • Golden Binder receives the inventory

  • Your order has completed processing

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be shipped together after the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise arranged.

Additional shipping charges may apply if separate shipments are requested.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled only before the order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Cancellation eligibility may vary depending on supplier restrictions and product availability.

6. Pre-Order Refunds

If Golden Binder cannot fulfill a pre-order due to unexpected circumstances, such as supplier shortages or product cancellation, customers will receive a full refund for the affected item(s).

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

7. Quantity Limits

To ensure fair access for all customers, Golden Binder may limit quantities available for pre-order.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders that appear to involve:

  • Excessive quantities

  • Reselling activity

  • Fraudulent purchasing behavior

8. Product Availability

Pre-order availability is based on estimated inventory allocations from suppliers.

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability until inventory has been confirmed and received by Golden Binder.

9. Product Condition

All pre-order products are expected to arrive new and sealed from the manufacturer.

However, minor packaging variations or manufacturer-related imperfections may occur and do not necessarily qualify as defects.
